Orders are not usually processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout, included in your invoice, or communicated before your order is finalized. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected, destination, product availability, and carrier performance. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

When tracking information is available, we will provide shipment confirmation and tracking details by email, text message, or another reasonable communication method.

Return and Refund Policy

Evolution Cutlery LLC values quality and craftsmanship. This policy explains our practices for refunds and cancellations for finished products, custom work, and services.

All sales are final. Finished products that have been completed are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Custom Work & Services-

If you cancel custom work or services before we have started any work, any payments or deposits you made will be refunded in full, minus any non-recoverable fees (if applicable). Once work has begun on a custom item or service, the deposit and any payments collected are non‑refundable. We consider work to have started when materials are ordered, designs are finalized and approved, or physical work on the item has commenced.
